How we store, share and keep it

We keep your information securely and only let people at Llama Accounting see it if they need to. We do not sell your information.

We use trusted services to run the website, and they may process your information on our behalf:

  • Wix, which hosts the website and receives contact form submissions.

  • Calendly, which handles call bookings.

  • Google, which provides the reviews shown on the site.

  • Instagram and LinkedIn, if you follow links from our site to our profiles there. They have their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they provide, such as the UK's approved transfer arrangements.

We may share information if the law requires it, for example with HMRC, the police or a court.

We keep contact form messages and booking details for 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a client. In that case we keep your information in line with our client engagement terms and the legal retention periods that apply to accounting records.

Cookies, analytics and how we contact you

Cookies and analytics. Our website uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to see how it is used. We use Wix's analytics, which may include session recordings that show how visitors move around a page. We run these in a privacy mode that hides what you type into forms. Third-party tools, such as Google, may set their own cookies and have their own policies, which we do not control. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though some features may not.

How we contact you. We use the details you give us to reply to your enquiry by email or phone. We do not send marketing emails. If that changes, we will only send them if you have asked us to, and every message will tell you how to stop. We never use your details for marketing just because you filled in the contact form.

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong

  • ask us to delete your information

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
