The Companies House filing fee is recharged. Additional fees apply above the bookkeeping and payroll limits. Monthly VAT adjustments or submissions, and fortnightly or weekly payroll, carry additional fees.

Are your prices plus VAT?
Yes. All prices on this page are per month and plus VAT.
Are there any extra fees I should know about?
The Companies House filing fee for your confirmation statement is recharged. Extras apply if you go above the bookkeeping or payroll limits in your package, or if you want monthly VAT submissions or fortnightly or weekly payroll. They’re all listed in our pricing booklet, so you can work out your price before you speak to us.
What happens if I go over my transaction limit?
We’ll tell you, and you can either add the extra transactions for the monthly fee in our booklet or move up a package.
Do you do payroll?
Yes. Every package includes monthly payroll for a set number of people. Fortnightly and weekly payroll, and larger teams, can be added.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work with Xero and FreeAgent, and can set up your subscription through us. We’re a Xero Gold Partner and a FreeAgent Gold partner.
